Sovereign Harbour, on the UK’s south coast, is investing GBP250,000 in the second and third phases of pontoon installations in its North Harbour, to meet it says, increased demand for berths. Walcon Marine is to carry out the installations.

The second phase of installation took place last Autumn. These pontoons accommodate 96 craft, ranging from 10-14m, bringing the total number of berths to 650. The marina has also carried out the piling for phase three, scheduled to be completed in time for Spring. This will make a further 80 berths available in the North harbour for craft up to 20m in length.
