Solent Coastguard are called out to attend to listing rock barge after it deposits it's entire cargo off the Isle of Wight.
Solent Coastguard were called out on Sunday afternoon 1/2 mile off Bonchurch, on the South west side of the Isle of Wight to assist with a tug and its rock barge after the barge had started to list.
The entire load of its cargo of industrial machinery, 1,000 tons of rock and many railway sleepers has been deposited into the sea. The Bembridge all weather lifeboat is currently on the scene to prevent the sleepers from drifting.
The barge has now been anchored and looks to be starting to right itself.
All crew are safe onboard the tug.
