Itchenor Sailing Club is holding an open day on May 16 for prospective new members.
The day will feature both keelboat and dinghy racing on Chichester harbour, in which interested people can take part as crew or watch the racing from a spectator boat.
Visitors are welcome from 10am-4pm and will be shown around the facilities and the club's boats.

I looked into joining the club three years ago but found them a rather 'snotty yachty' operation.Perhaps I had a bad unrepresentative experience - but it may explain the lack of new members?
