Yachting Monthly deputy editor Miles Kendall and technical editor Toby Hodges won an “Oscar” at the 2006 IPC Editorial Awards.

The duo won the Best Practicals/Services pages. The award was for their highly informative and accessible Sailing Skills pages as well as the Gear and Equipment Tests.

The awards were unveiled at London’s Old Billingsgate Market just a mile down river from the YM’s Thameside office at King’s Reach Tower.
