Peter Goss views the remains of his high tech boat

Pete Goss visited the National Maritime Museum Cornwall to help put together a documentary style film for the forthcoming Team Philips exhibition which opens at the Museum in January.

Pete took the opportunity to view the salvaged Team Philips hull in detail, surveying the damage and reminiscing over some of the surviving names of the 9,212 personal sponsors etched onto its sides.

Paul Larsen, another of the original Team Philips crew members, was also on site for filming and viewed the remains of the vessel for the first time since having to abandon it in water off the coast of Iceland back in December 2000.
