Do you ever wonder what kind of sailor you really are? Take our hi-tech sailing test to reveal your true sailing character. Are you an out-and-out adrenaline junkie racing addict or a more social skipper? Do you long for the open horizon and the wide horizon, or a beautiful harbour and a glass of chilled champagne?

We’ve teamed up with the exclusive UK and Ireland dealer of J-Boats, as well as the dealers for Tofinou, Nautitech and Grand Soleil, to bring you and one guest the chance to have a day sailing aboard a brand new boat along with an expert skipper and crew to help you get the most from the boat and your day on the water. We’ll use the results of your sailing personality test to match you up with the perfect boat for you.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  • 1. Promoter This competition is run by Key Yachting Ltd (“KY”, “we”, “us”, “our”).   • 2. Competition Entry
  • 2.1 How to Enter: To enter the competition, participants must complete and submit the Kwizly questions as instructed.
  • 2.2 Competition Period: The competition opens on 7th May 2026 at midnight (GMT) and closes on 7 July 23:59 (GMT) (the “Competition Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be considered.
  • 3. Eligibility Criteria: Entry is open to individuals aged 18 years or over at the time of entry. Employees of KY, Future and their immediate families are excluded from entry. Only one entry per person is permitted unless otherwise stated. Entrants must provide accurate and complete information.
  • 4. Winner Selection and Notification: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries after the Competition Period ends. The draw will take place within a reasonable time following 7 July. The winner will be notified via the contact details provided at entry. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, KY reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  • 5. Prize: The prize consists of a sailing experience facilitated by KY (“the Facilitator”). The specific date, time, location, and duration of the experience will be determined solely by KY. The prize is non-transferable, non exchangeable, and no cash alternative will be offered. The prize must be taken within 12 months from the date of winner announcement.
  • 6. Acceptance and Claim Period: The winner must accept and claim the prize within 12 months of notification. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture of the prize and another winner will be picked.
  • 7. Booking and Arrangements: The winner must arrange the experience directly with KY via: bill.stringer@keyyachting.com Booking is subject to availability and operational requirements. Travel expenses are not included in the prize and need to be covered by the winner
  • 8. Participant Requirements
  • 8.1 Guests: The winner may bring one guest (“plus one”). Any guest under 18 must be declared in advance and may be refused at KY’s discretion.
  • 8.2 Information Requirements: Full names and relevant details of all attendees must be provided within the requested timeframe. Failure to do so may result in forfeiture.
  • 8.3 Clothing and Safety: All attendees must wear appropriate clothing and footwear suitable for sailing. KY reserves the right to refuse boarding if safety requirements are not met.
  • 8.4 Health and Fitness: Participants must be physically fit to take part. Any medical conditions or accessibility needs must be disclosed in advance.
  • 9. Conduct and Safety: KY reserves the right to refuse participation for safety, behavioural, health, or intoxication concerns. A zero-tolerance policy applies to unsafe, reckless, or intoxicated behaviour. Participation may be terminated without compensation if these rules are breached.
  • 10. Cancellation and Changes: KY reserves the right to cancel, postpone, or modify the experience due to: Weather conditions, Safety concerns, Technical issues, Circumstances beyond its control. Where possible, the experience will be rescheduled as soon as reasonably practicable, subject to weather and vessel availability. Rescheduling is not guaranteed.
