Giles Chichester Talk: My Father’s voyage around the world

Giles Chichester

The son of Sir Francis Chichester Giles, the MEP for the South-West, is to give a talk on his father's one-stop, solo circumnavigation in Gipsy Moth IV in 1966-67. At the time it was the fastest small boat round-the-world voyage to date.

Collection of tickets
All tickets purchased either on-line or by post must be collected from the Main West Entrance Ticket desk.

Directions to lecture
The Waterfront Rooms 31-32 can be found in the far corner of the South Hall nearest to the East entrance. Use stairway and lift 22. Enter the South Hall from the central boulevard via entrance 58.
