E-Boat

This one-design trailer-sailer
was intended as a pocket
racer, but also proved an
economical cruiser-racer for
dinghy sailors moving up.
Introduced in 1976, she was
designed by Julian Everitt
and built by a number of
yards all over Europe, so
standards vary and some
were amateur-completed.
She is flush-decked so
accommodation and
headroom are restricted,
though there are four
berths. A cruising version
with a coachroof was
introduced late in the day.
She is fast and fun.
