Buoyage for the East Swin in the Thames Estuary is being moved to keep yachts away from a live firing range, according to the East Coast Pilot

Yachts in the Thames Estuary are being guided away from the active Foulness Firing Range. Significant changes to buoyage in the Thames Estuary will be implemented by Trinity House on about 14th September. Vessels are being discouraged from using the East Swin and its buoyage is being moved to the Middle Deep, further away from the range. Details can be found at www.eastcoastpilot.com.
