A new website www.Deepbluerecruitment.co.uk has been launched for those seeking employment in the marine industry.
Potential candidates complete a one off free registration form on the site where they can specify the career areas they are interested in. As soon as a suitable vacancy is submitted an email is sent to their inbox.
The specialist nature of the marine industry means it is difficult for companies to find the right recruits. Recent BMF industry reports highlights member's difficulties in locating experienced staff as one of the main barriers to growth in the UK.
