Weekend Video: Hilary Lister shows how she does it

Quadriplegic sailor Hilary Lister is currently sailing round Britain singlehanded. She can only move her head, and controls her boat using a 'sip and puff' system - two straws, one of which controls the rudder and the other the sails.

Currently storm-bound in Brighton, Hilary and her team hope to leave around midday today (Friday), heading for Hayling Island. Keep up with her progress on her website, www.hilarylister.com
