Sea cure

An NHS primary care trust wants to buy a sailing boat to improve people's health. NHS Hull believes that sending teenagers to sea will help them realise the benefits of healthy living and exercise.

They are seeking a large sloop.

NHS Hull say that over a period of three years the scheme would help 450 teenagers to become strapping physical examples and avoid the pitfalls of poor diet, zero exercise and low self esteem which often lead to ill health.
